I went to the hamilton Show this weekend, got a lot done, lots of local wedding professionals, I decided not to go to the Toronto Show b/c when I looked at the list of exhibitors most where from TO and north TO, did anyone go to the show in Toronto this past weekend from the Burlington area and if so what did you think?
I'm from Ancaster not Burlington but my friends and I went to the Toronto Show. It was crazy busy! Had a great time and saw a lot of great ideas. But, I know what you mean, I also went to the Hamilton Show and ended up booking my DJ, hall and cake from local companies. I didn't book anything from the TO show. Although it was fun to go.
I'm looking for a photographer but want to use a local guy from burlington or hamilton , no T.O guys, you get the T.O prices , crazy. Does anybody know good photographers?. something new and fresh.

Does anyone know anyone who has used the Marquis in Hamilton as a reception venue? I'm interested to find out how the food was??? Thank you!
My cousin used to work at Marquis. The food was great when she was there but I don't know how it is now.
Last year my friend and I went and I booked my wedding jewellery through a company called "Uniquely Yours". She did a great job and very affordable prices...highly recommended. I looked at the exhibitors list and the booth is #173. Beauftiful beaded jewellery!!

There was a question about wedding photographers in the Hamilton/Halton area. I know my friends have used Barrie Erskine and loved him! He has a photojournalistic style and the pictures came out great!
